Cookies Policy

Version 1.0 · Effective 2026-04-30

1. What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device when you visit it. They are commonly used to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and measure how a site is used. We also use similar technologies such as local storage and session storage in the same way and for the same purposes.

2. Cookies we use

The cookies and similar technologies we use fall into two categories:

Strictly necessary

Required for the Service to work. These do not require your consent.

  • Authentication — set by Supabase to keep you signed in across pages.
  • Session and security — protect against cross-site request forgery and ensure you reach the correct server.
  • Consent state — short-lived cookies used to carry your consent across the sign-up / sign-in flow.

Optional (set only with your consent, where required)

  • Embedded video — when you play a lesson video, YouTube may set cookies to remember playback preferences and measure performance. We embed videos using the privacy-enhanced (no-cookie) mode where available.
  • Analytics — if and when product analytics are enabled, they will only be loaded after you accept them via our cookie banner. The current list of analytics tools (if any) is available on request.

3. Managing cookies

Where required by law, we ask for your consent to optional cookies through a banner the first time you visit. You can change your preferences at any time by clearing the cookie banner state in your browser, or by using your browser's privacy controls to block or delete cookies. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will break parts of the Service, including signing in.

For more information about cookies generally, including how to opt out of advertising cookies set by other websites, see aboutcookies.org.

4. Changes

We may update this Cookies Policy from time to time. The version and effective date at the top of this page indicate when it was last updated.
